History

Our History

1992

In November 1992, the first office of the company was opened in St. Petersburg. A manufacturer of high-quality paper products (Poland) becomes a strategic partner of the enterprise as a trade and purchasing company.

1993-1995​

The company is entering regional markets. There are regular customers and reliable partners. The first direct deliveries from the world's largest manufacturers – SCP"RUZOMBEROK", Hydromed Z.O.O. and Inrenational Paper-Kwidzin were organized.

1995-1997

The company creates a dealer network in the North-Western region of Russia, opens the largest branch of the company in Moscow to this day. There is a brand of its own – "MULPA". The Blue Pages association includes the company in the list of leading Russian companies.

1997-2023

The company manages production and storage facilities in Moscow and Kaliningrad. Work in St. Petersburg was temporarily suspended. Close cooperation with manufacturers from China begins. The company is turning into a large and reliable organization with which leading manufacturers from Europe, Russia, China and CIS countries cooperate.

2023

In 2023, the company is being reorganized. The legal successor is the young company Edinstvo LLC.

We have our own production facilities located in Kaliningrad (special economic zone) and in Moscow. This allows us to conduct a flexible pricing policy. We have also signed direct contracts with the world's leading manufacturers.

Proximity to the main sources of raw materials, availability of own production and well-coordinated work of the logistics department allow us to fulfill customer orders as quickly as possible.

Direct contracts with Chinese and European manufacturers, the constant availability of goods in their own warehouses in Moscow and Kaliningrad, regular inventory updates make it possible to promptly carry out shipments even for large wholesale orders.

For large wholesalers, we offer direct shipments from our factories or from Chinese and European manufacturers to consumer warehouses in all regions of Russia, bypassing transit warehouses. In certain situations, this significantly reduces the cost of products.
